Is the default iOS 9 feature that allows flight tracking enabled in the UK?

I can't seem to get it working by typing in flight numbers in Notes.

Never seemed to get it working, noticed it mentioned in the 9.3 beta 6 thread and thought I would try again.

I have tried using a few more airlines and can get some working.

I can't get British Airways to work if I use: Ba2212
I can get it to work with British Airways #2212

I can't get any Flybe flights to work using either the 2 of the above.
Be556
Flybe #556

I can get EasyJet to work either way.

EasyJet #6853

So it seems the ones I was trying just are not compatible. I use Flybe every week and they were the airline I was primarily using.

Thanks for your reply.

Everything I've read says it needs to be a certain format of how I showed in the two examples above.

Airline Name, space, # symbol, flight number (Airline Name #123)

Quick google on Flybe trackers to see what possibly are used.

Try

BEE #556 (all caps and whatever number it is)

I'm in the US and this works fine for me in Notes when I type it as @lagwagon described above. However, it isn't a consistent feature throughout the OS, so perhaps that could be part of the issue too. For example, I always put my flights in my calendar as events with the flight number as the title (i.e. JetBlue #123), and the Calendar app doesn't make the text "tap-able" like it does in other apps for me. As such, I can't preview the flights from that app. This still occurs even when I put the flight number in the Notes section of the event. Super annoying, since it'd be awesome to preview my flight right from the Calendar event. I've submitted feedback, and hopefully they make this feature more consistent throughout the OS.
