Anyone use one or both of these apps? I'm not sure which to buy. I usually use Planefinder on my laptops because it seems a bit faster through a browser, but don't have any experience with the iOS versions.

Both are nice apps. Last year I compared them and I found that Flightradar24 had some more info about the flights. It had also more planes/flights and it has a view from cockpit mode. Planefinder had terminal info which Flightradar didn't.

I prefer Planefinder. Good updates, also it free for paid iOS users on TV. Gives me the info I need for a cheaper price.

Hey.
I use flightradar24 and Plane Finder and others. But I'm sitting with another site: https://flightradars24.de/
But Flightradar24 has a good database, and Plane Finder works better in the browser.
Flightradar24 is better than Plane Finder on the iOS version and Samsung.
