iPhone FlipControlCenter Tweak

I jailbroke my iPhone 5s running 7.0.6. Does anyone know a way to get FilpControlCenter on it? I tried installing it but I can't. FlipControlCenter Depends on Cydia Substrate>=0.9.5001 and Flipswitch>=1.0.3 Is there another way to do it? I don't see an update for Cydia Substrate and Flipswitch.
Any help would great.
 
Did you jailbreak using evasi0n7 1.0.6? Install iCleaner from cydia and clean your cydia sources. Go into cydia and refresh changes

And you should see updates to cydia substrate and flipswitch

Another alternative is to restore and rejailbreak with evasi0n7 1.0.7
 
Yes I used evasi0n 1.0.6 and installed iCleaner and I did a refresh on cydia but don't see an update for cydia substrate or flipswitch.

I haven't tried doing a restore and rejailbreak yet I'll do that tonight or tomorrow when I have time. I just find it strange.

Would you happen to know if FlipControlCenter works on the 5s?
 
Hey I winded up restoring and rejailbreaking the phone and installed FlipControlCenter first and it worked fine thanks for your help. Maybe you may have some insight to this question. I'm using the repo source xsellize.com but none of the icon tweaks are showing up it just a ? in a gray box. I don't know why the graphic is not there.
 
That's a piracy related repo so not sure if you'll get help here since it's against the forums rules to talk about piracy
