Anyone know how the flo plus compares to the humanscale m8 with an iMac Pro? I can’t find any video reviews of the flo with the iMac Pro

Any ideas what the different mounts for the flo are ? It’s a bit confusing.

I’m looking for something that moves like butter.

Really appreciate a video of either if you have it.
