A while back I tried to update the OS on my iPhone 4S to 8.1.2. The upload failed, but now I have a floating transparent icon on my home screen that I can't seem to get rid of. It hovers over icons on my screen. When I click on it the first screen is divided into 4 separate icons that read voice control, favorites, device, and home. Clicking on the device icon gives me lock screen, rotate screen, volume controls, and more. Clicking on more gives me gestures, shake, screenshot, and multitasking. How the heck do I get rid of this thing? It is more a nuisance to me than a help.
