Floating Dock on M1 Mac

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone else seemed to have a stuck floating dock when you connect your M1 Mac to an external monitor and let it go to sleep/lock it? My dock just becomes unusable until I log out and log back in again.

Is that doc at the top of the screen? I didn’t know that was possible (or desirable). Also, why are there so many broken icons on the right? Something seem off. Sorry I don’t have any suggestions other than reboot. 😉

That is a grab of the whole screen the dock is floating in the middle. The icons are network drives that are active when my laptop is at work

something is acting up. The dock should not be in that position.
