Floor Plan / Blueprint Apps?

I am looking for a great app for making Floor Plans. I found many that costs around $8 and up. I have no problem spending that kind of money for one, but wanted to hear if anyone has used one and what they thought of it.

I am not looking for a $2 vector app. I'd like one that supports actual dimensions. I was looking at iHome3D and iPlanit. Anyone use one of those?

I was just looking for something similar as we start to think about building an addition onto our existing house. Hopefully others can provide some good recommendations!
