I'm in the process of proposing an idea for a conference later this year to my boss. The idea is during a song, on the back of the stage and person is painting. The painting is very easily made out to be a certain object, scene, landscape, etc. At the end of the set however, lights go down and UV lights turn dimly on, to reveal the painting as something entirely different. Now I understand that this can be done by mixing invisible fluorescent dye with the paint and when exposed to long wave lights (UV) the colors of the fluorescent dyes glow instead of the normal painting. I need however, a proof of concept of course to propose this. He wants visual evidence that this is possible.
Has anyone seen this done?
Any links to videos/photos?
Any tips on the idea?
Thank you for your help. And yes I have already searched for this, but no luck.
