iPod .flv to ipod??

Hi all

I have a few video files in .flv format & I want to put them on my ipod but have no idea how to do it? (I know how to put normal videos on an ipod)

I need to convert the .flv into another format (I presume), I just need to know what & probably more importantly how!!

But it doesn't autocrop though, which sucks.

Another option is FfmpegX, though I've never gotten it to actually work.

I'm using VisualHub to convert the videos too but lately I am getting some error like this:

actually I wanted to convert it to both *.avi and *.mp4 but I couldnt even convert it at all ><

http://clubkeiba.jp/pc/flv/extra_080615.flv

Can someone help me with this kind of flv files please? I tried TubeTV and it worked (kinda slow ><) for converting this for iPod. I'm still looking for something that can do flv to avi ><

I'm using Quicktime Pro with Perian and can edit pretty much any file that QT will open, aside from the occasional DRM equipped QT mpg.
