Hey guys, I believe this is my first time posting in this section, but I just finished a flyer for my organization to promote a tournament we have next weekend. To me, I feel as if it's very weighted at the bottom of the flyer, but it has all the info we need. Tell me what you guys think. I need to find the rest of my flyers and show them now that I think about it.

You probably need to adjust the font size of certain text. It seems to me that all the headers are screaming for attention and it gives a very cluttered look with no clear message.

I will admit, I put this together very fast (faster than I would normally spend on a flyer), because I was under a time constraint, when it was first made. Then we pushed the date back, and I needed to add more info, but I didn't change the size of the font. All together I probably put about 1 1/2 - 2 hours total on this flyer, including finding the font, and images to use

Top third looks interesting and exciting. Thereafter, it's jumbled confusion. I can't understand what the poster is about.
  • Are you selling tickets to a game?
  • Are you selling a game?
  • Are you selling an XBox?
  • Are you asking people to pay you $10 to take their XBoxes?
Even the date is difficult to decipher. More confusing is the remark about how little time you had to prepare the layout. That never makes a difference to the viewer. Are you bragging or complaining?

The illustration at the bottom of the flyer doesn't need to be there and just makes it difficult to read.

We really only need to see the upper part of the illustration.

My advice: take out the art in the bottom portion of the flyer. It will make it easier to layout your information and make it much more readable.

I see a lot of amateur flyers in my line of work, and this one is head and shoulders above the vast majority of them. A bit more of a clear structure and you've got yourself a winner sir.

Hi, I can't see the image, can you post a link?

Wonder why the picture isn't showing up anymore. Anywho, here's a link:

The flyer is for a fundraiser basically. We had to add a lot of info to the flyer if we wanted to be able to put it up on campus. Thanks for the words so far

I was just wondering if, you can use the cover of madden for your flyer? With out getting in trouble...Which I assume you could getta away with it, if it's not a big event.

-I'm just curious about that? anyone know?
