Flyover in Maps

When I first tried Maps using Yosemite I was able to click on Rome Italy and I saw the flyover button at the bottom of the page. I clicked on flyover and it worked well. Since that first time I don't see the flyover option anymore, just the map with the pin point on Rome. How can I get that flyover button to appear again? Like I said it just worked the first time and not since then. System up to date.

It changed to a white circle labeled 3D.

Click the "i" on the dropped pin tag, then click the "Flyover Tour" button.

...or if looking at the map just click on the 3D circle and then Tour.
