Focus/background blur app ..cant find it?

Before I restored my phone I was using an app that worked exactly like colorsplash, but instead kept when you colored in, in focus. And the rest out of focus. I cant seem to remember what it was called. The rest of the ones ive tried its not as exact, just a circle thats in focus.

Appreciate the help..
