Focus mode allows you to pick what pages of your Home Screen you would like to use for that particular mode. So far so good. I would like to know how one can make a Home Screen page that only shows when using a particular focus mode, i.e. say a work page showing apps used for work. This page should not show when focus mode is turned off.

Now I know this is possible, because I have a page for my work mode which doesn’t show when focus mode is turned off. However, I’m not sure how I ended up there and I can’t seem to replicate it for any of the other modes, which is a bit annoying.

edit: silly me figures it out. So for the regular Home Screen setup you can simple long click to enable editing, click on the bottom “dots” to get a overview of all home screens and then disable the screens/pages you don’t want to see there. These will remain available to pick for focus modes but hidden in regular usage. Leaving this up in case anyone else are as dim as me.

It took me a while to figure that out too. Overall it's a great feature, it's just a bit hard to know where/how to hide screens you don't need outside of certain focuses.

Yes, I kept looking in the focus settings, which is where I thought this functionality would be.

Yes it is.

with app library or spotlight
Apple finally published the iPhone iOS 15 book and it solved some riddles. I had never heard of the “app library” before. Maybe it‘s new or maybe I’m just that out of touch. Anyway, I get it. Thank you!
