Focus Mode not working with unwanted calls

Hi,
I am trying to setup focus modes for only allowed calls but it doesn't seem to be working. It's like all calls are getting through and not the preferred ones. I tried looking at all the settings but everything seems to be fine. Please Help.

I am also having this issue. My Work Focus is on and I have Allow Calls From set to "No One" but all calls, including spam calls, are still coming through. Allow Repeated Calls is turned off.

Update: Restarting my iPhone did the trick. Unwanted calls not coming through now.
