Focus Mode question about Automation, AND/OR?

I'm trying to figure out how the automation works on the Focus feature. Under the Schedule or Automation section you can choose Time, Location and App. You can choose all 3 for that matter. What I am unclear on, is this an "AND" function, or an "OR" function?

So, the question really is, if I add both an Address under Location, and a Time of Every Friday from 11-12am Will it trigger:

• If I am at the location, AND it is between 11-12 on Friday?
• or will it trigger anytime I'm at the location, OR every Friday between 11-12?

It’s an OR. I’ve tried one and it starts every time I activated the focus and at the time set.
