Focus - Persons and apps combined?

I wonder if it's possible to set up like a "AND" string between persons and apps.
For example: I like a focus mode "family", so that everyone in the family can reach me. So i put the names under "persons". But I want that these people can reach me by phonecall, message, whatsapp, instagram, line...whatever (we barely use the regular messages app).
But when I add these app, anyone from these apps can contact me, not only the family members. Is there a way to achieve this?

No, I don’t believe there is a way to do this now. Suggest you give it a little time before developers of your preferred messaging apps tap into Focus mode so that all you’ll need to do is select “family” and they’ll be able to reach you using any of the desired media.

Years ago I made groups in Contacts on my Mac and they sync on iPhone . In Focus under Allow People there is Also Allow , there I add my group I.C.E ( In Case of Emergency ) :
