So, I do not use the Focus modes. However, curious on everyone's thoughts.
Ideally, I want to have my Outlook app only show the badge notifications during work hours. Thus, no notifications outside work hours.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Thanks all...

Since that was solved, back to original question: can do it, but a pain to do that with a Focus.

Focus is really a "allow these things in" function, add apps and people that can communicate with you during quiet time vs block this one app. Would need to add every other app you want to get notifications from to the allowed list.

It’s clunky for sure; there is a feature called Focus Profiles that let you select which mailboxes should be displayed during a particular focus. I have a “No Work” focus, and it shows only my personal mail and hides my work mail.
