Hello,

Is there any similar software like the Folder Merger on Windows on Mac OS?

What I need to do is to merge all files from the selected folders into a single folder (in a serial way) and always replace the files if there is a conflict (not by date, but by folder that's why I need it to work in a serial way, it will always replace on each folder)

Look at file sync tools. There are quite a few. Some may allow versioning based on different criteria.

There are lots to choose from, from free tools to paid backup/sync tools. If you don't have a robust Mac backup tool, this might be a good time to invest in one. CarbonCopyCloner and GetBackup are two that have free trial periods and do folder syncing too. Either may do what you need for free...and would be worth the cost to buy. CCC is one of the most respected backup tools for Mac, but I have not used it specifically to merge folders. GetBack has a good sync feature, and does a preview so you see exactly what will happen before proceeding.

Regardless of what you find, be sure to make a good backup (or two) before proceeding, in case the result is not as expected.

Not sure if folder sync software is the way to go.. need something that can do same functions as the software I shared above

Yep. That's why you may need to experiment (unless someone else here has a tool they have used with specific settings you want). Sync tools generally have some options about how/when to replace or ignore...which is another way of describing merge.

I was just pointing out searching for "sync" may be more fruitful than "merge" in the Mac and Unix world.

Many of the Mac backup and sync tools are built on the stalwart command-line tool Rsync. There are plenty of free tools that add a GUI, but the paid ones are the most robust and full-featured. An example of free.
