All -- when syncing mail to an exchange server, all the folders show up wonderfully in the mail view.

But, if you can believe it, this is apparently an issue as some of the higher ups have +100 folders.

Is there any way to minimize that folder list?

This could very possibly be the only thing standing in my way of getting an iPhone through work.

Put folders inside other folders. For example, instead of having a folder for each employee in the main list, create a folder for employees and place individual folders inside them. Just a thought. Not sure if it will solve the issue.

Hi: I am facing the exact same issue of folder organization.. can you collaspe a folder tree so I can see main folder only and all sub-folders disappear until I click on them. I am one of those people who has "hundreds" of sub-folder in my company outlook.

Is there any solution. Please feel free to drop me a note at

Thanks
