Just picked a new ipad mini and I am looking for a good folio style case. I prefer leather over nylon so here is what I am looking at so far:

Spigen in vintage

http://www.spigen.com/tablets/apple/ipad-mini/ipad-mini-leather-case-leinwand.html

Knomo in cognac

http://www.knomobags.com/usa/ipad-mini-folio-cognac-leather.html

Beyza in grey

http://us.beyzacases.com/pd-folio-for-ipad-mini.cfm

I ordered the Spigen because it has leather back.

Anyone own these? Thoughts?

Any other leather folios to consider?

I looked at those and they seem nice. I am a real leather snob though... ;-)

You might change your mind after trying the Invellop case. I have two in orange and brown- and it's perfect. For $20, you don't have much to lose, and you can always return it if you buy it from Amazon.

I have the Zagg Profolio+, I find it quite good. Has a built in bluetooth backlit keyboard with great battery life, very comfortable to use on a regular basis.
Dunno if you want the keyboard though.

They don't have one for the mini on their site...

Thumbs up for the Invellop. Best case for me for the price. Returned my Smart cover quickly after ordering this. You won't be sorry, as the leatherette is holding up nicely thus far since December...

Had to return the Spigen. Nice case but it had two fatal flaws.

1 - the cover had this "slack" because of the attachment point on the rear making it flop around when trying to make the ipad stand.

2 - the back plate did not cover the bezel above the volume button area which leaves it exposed when I drop in my bag.

Using the beyza case now and so far so good...

Brookstone iPad Mini Folio Case

I have purchased and received this case about a week ago. I am very happy with it's versatility, and quality. The price is right too, IMHO, and Brookstone is known for great products.
