All iPads Folio Style With Camera Opening??

Do they make a folio style case that has an opening for the camera while the cover is folded back? Without this it's awkward to take pictures holding the cover halfway open/closed.

Folio Style With Camera Opening??

I literally have a stack of 20 iPad air folio style case I have to review on amazon and none of them have the cutout for the camera on the cover that goes over the screen. It does make it awkward taking a picture.
Maybe a DIY project to make the hole.
