Seems like an ad... Anyway to turn it off?

They should have just made it this weeks tip in the tips app, the timing of this seems a bit worrying after how they've started to nag people into upgrading to a 6S when they open the app store. It seems they aren't afraid to be very in the user's face about these things now.
