ok....so I'm a font addict running on OS 10.2,
recently I went overboard and installed a lot of fonts on my machine...to cut a long story short..... I need to know how many fonts you can have installed at one time and does anyone know where I can get a free, yet decent font manager from ? (I'm being cheap)

cheapo :) ;)
try looking on versiontracker. i doubt that any of the font managers are free but i'm sure you'll be able to find a decent one.
i don't think theres a limit to the amount of fonts you can have...well you gotta consider disk space...

i found and downloaded a free font manage app a few months back - it was linked to on the apple site. unfortunately, i have completely forgotten & lost the name of the app - just have a snoop around on the apple site, there'll definately be something cheap there
