It is a pretty generic-looking grunge font. There are thousands of them, all alike in their "uniqueness". Did you need an exact match for this, or just something with the same flavor?

Not a simple series of filters, no. It's not that consistent. Notice how the 'B' is distorted, 'A' has an embossed or double-struck effect moving upward, while 'M' has both that upward artifact and a center touching the baseline (which wouldn't be present in 1451). and, 'C' is largely untouched. At least some hand work was done there, either to create a font or just to create enough characters for the image.Maybe a graphics effect applied to DIN font
