For anyone finding really slow iOS5 syncs

Because you're probably not as dumb as me, you probably make such a simple mistake. But just in case, iOS5 re-ticked the box that says 'convert lower bitrate files to 128k aac'. Definitely explains why syncing a few dozen songs took about far longer than I expected.
