Pity my poor employer -- I have to go to work on Saturday afternoon, after having just picked up my iPad that morning...... Guess how much my mind will be on my work?!!! LOL! I've decided I'm leaving the iPad at home, though, on this first day, rather than taking it with me, since I wouldn't be able to tinker with it except during my 15-minute break anyway. It will probably accompany me to work in the future, though.

Mine is being delivered to me at work. I've already informed my supervisor that when it arrives I will take the rest of the day off as PTO (Personal Time Off). He used to it, as happened last year when I got my new iPhone. In return I've used my iPhone in unique ways at work that have saved him time and increased my productivity.

I have been busting my butt this week at work building new servers and getting ready for business company next week. I am planning on taking a few days off, timing it around the 3rd / 5th. My boss's birthday party is saturday the 3rd, so I guess I need to figure out how to wait around for the delivery and also make the party. Hopefully it will be early instead of late.
