What is best iPad app for nice notes withndiagrams?

Like one note, I would like
1 enter texts anywhere on a page, not at the right margins only like words or pages.
2 can draw diagrams with hands anywhere on the page.

I think sketchpad pro is likely good. But I don't think it can enter texts with fonts. Let me know ifnsketchpad can do that.

Thanks all.

Ideate from EffectiveUI looks pretty slick. It has ruled paper & grid paper templates you could use.

thank you.

I wonder if ideate would not allow me to have text typed in that can go anywhere on the page.

I suppose i can get a picture inserted that had texts as a layer, but it seems slow.

Found it

I found padnotes today. It is what I am looking for.

Anyone with both iannotate and pad notes, which one is better?
