for M1 MacBook Air 13' 16/512Gb : Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad 2?

Hi All,

About to purchase the M1 MBA 13', 16/512 Gb option, super excited

I want to know which 1 would you suggest/use : Magic Mouse or Trackpad.

My primary motivation for the MagicTrackpad 2 is that I want to be able to 'write' on it. Apparently a Mac App called 'Magic' allows you to do that on the M1. [ My other post : https://forums.macrumors.com/thread...-with-it.2361032/?post=31536217#post-31536217 ]

I looked at Magic in the App Store and can't see any mention of Apple Pencil 2 or stylus. Sounds like it might be finger only?

Thanks for the reply Mike.

You are correct, there is no stylus support.
But I asked a friend (with the M2) to try it out with a home made stylus. It worked pretty good.
