I’m about to go absolutely insane trying to figure out WHAT I have on somewhere that is keeping my focus mode on. Nothing in settings makes sense at all, and I’m not being given any options to just turn the crap OFF.

HELP PLEASE!!

You can turn focus off either in the control center, or you can pull down the notification center, where the name of the focus should be shown at the bottom, and long-press that until the option to turn it off appears. As for other options, you can tap Settings / Focus and each of the focus modes on your phone and see in the settings if they have any schedule turned on, and turn them off if you don't need them.

Slide your finger from the top right side of the iPhone down, and this should appear:

Thank you. I have tried to read support stuff and I also watched a you tube, but I think it was something with all my devices - I just cannot get it right, and focus/DND is gone from my drop down on my phone so IDK what even happened other than maybe one of my grandkids hit it on my iPad and it turned on across devices.

I still don’t feel like it’s right, but at least my phone is ringing.
