Force Trackpad lookup definition doesnt work

I recently purchased the New MBP retina (a change from the 2013 iMac) and it came with Yosemite, after upgrading it to El Capitan.. the lookup definition doesn't seem to work. Is there any settings for this? It's annoying the hell out of me that i could not get it to work.

Apple/System preferences/Trackpad/Point&Click Tab

select look up & data predictors button - tap with three fingers.

Mine disabled after installed El Capitan. Now works fine

Actually~ it still doesn't work even when I'm in safari.. Here is how mine is setup:

Does anyone have a solution for this? Did i do it right or is my trackpad faulty?
