Forced into a new Cell Phone, Suggestions?

It's a long story but I have to buy a new cell phone. My current carrier is Cingular.

Any suggestions?

My 2 thoughts were-
SE S710A- $100 from Amazon after rebates
Moto ROKR- $50 after Amazon after rebates

I have my eyes on a Razr once my contract is up.
It is free with rebate at Amazon.

I just got me a Black RazR and I love it! I totally recommend it!!

I would get the S710A...Sony Ericssons work really good with Mac's and the phone is really nice. I wouldn't get the Razr because all of the issues that I have read about it. And the ROKR, its a good phone, but its a Motorola....
