iPhone Forecast tweak removal error

I'm getting an error 127 removing the tweak... doesn't remove it. Any way to force remove it?

Get iFile, navigate to the top folder, under "Hierarchy" search for "Forecast" and delete everything related, now launch Cydia, Manage - Packages - forecast - Modify - Remove, and respring.

Wow, I thought I had tried everything. I had used SSH to go in and search but it missed files that your search method found.
