i forgo the admin pw to os x

argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is there anyway i could recover this?

Install CD

I think that, by default, you can change passwords of any account by booting your mac from the OS X Install Disc. I think you hold down the 'C' key on startup. Once loaded, go through the menus until you find the option that allows you to reset passwords. As long as you didn't specifically lock yourself out of this feature back when you still knew your password, it should work fine. Good luck!

Next time rather than making the subject "im a dumbass" Say Lost password in os x. And try to make your post readable and learn how to spell the and forgot.
