Form Creator

Hello All,

Can someone recommend a nice form creator app for the iPad? Hopefully an editable PDF file? Need some forms for work and would be great if we can do it in house rather than get them out sourced.

I don't know about pdfs, but tapforms is an excellent form creator/database app. Very powerful and can export csv or other standard spreadsheet/database formats. They also have a mac app that synchs with the iPad version.

I'd check out FormConnect. It's a very easy to use form creator and allows you to customize the form the way you want it to look. It also allows you to insert a logo, capture a signature and snap a picture.

Having looked at Form Connect, I'd agree that it looks like it is better suited to OP's needs. In fact, I bought it. Nice App!
