Formac??

Does anyone know if this company is still around? I know this question pops up every now and then, but it just never seems as if their website really is good for determining this.

Furthermore, if they are still around, how/where do you purchase any of their products?

I was interested in purchasing their TV tuner/DVR device. Does anyone know how this thing works? I know it connects through FireWire to the Mac, but do you plug a cable for cable TV into the back of the DVR device?

Anyone have this set up?? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

I have a Formac 1740 Oxygen monitor I purchased a while ago and I am using it with my Mac Mini. A lovely monitor! Would thoroughly recommend. Four years old and no dead pixels!

Again, thanks for the replies, but this has in no way answered my question about where you actually purchase Formac's items, or if they are even in business.
