I have erased my MacBook's hd containing the OS, the problem now is I can't install a new OS. My installer CD is not the one the was shipped with my mac.

My MB doesn't detect bootable usb as well. I don't know if there was a problem when burning the disk image to the usb or is it my mac that has the problem. Please help me as my MB is really unusable right now.

What apps can I use to make a bootable USB on windows for mac? And what should I do to install os to my old MacBook 2007?

If you can find the appropriate OS X installer DMG, the Windows app TransMac can make you a USB installer. If you search there are some YouTube videos showing how to do it.

I tried TransMac but after creating bootable it says "could not write disk", maybe the dmg file is wrong or my usb storage is small. Considering the dmg is 7.5gb and my usbis 8gb. Well is there any site I can download the dmg file?

The only legal way to get it is for your to download the file from the App Store on another Mac. Of course Snow Leopard never was in the App Store, so it won't be there, but Lion and up would be if you previously purchased them under your AppleID.
