Forward call or bar voicemail for specific number? [UK]

Hi..

An individual persistently leaves voicemails.

I don't want to block the caller but I don't want to have to manage their *lengthy* voicemails - they stubbornly use this method rather than sending a quick text or email which would suffice.

Is it possible to bar specific numbers from voicemail (or forward their calls to another number)?

iOS doesn't provide a way to block someone from leaving a voicemail without blocking them completely, but maybe your carrier has a solution on its end.
