iPhone Forward iMessage to XMMP or IRC

I soon will be replacing my old iPhone by a non-Apple smartphone.
Is there any way that I can make my old iPhone forward any messages that come in to IRC or XMMP so I can forward them to a new phone?

I came across this for the Mac: https://github.com/lazerwalker/hubot-imessage, but wanted to know if such a thing exists for an iPhone.
