Forwarding Mail from Me.com

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows how to forward mail automatically from me.com to other address e.g gmail etc.
My day job uses Internet explorer and as such I cannot access my mobileme account. If i could forward all my mobileme mail to, say a gmail account i could then check my mail at work and on my phone.
Any suggestions?

Go to MM site>email>preferences>other>forward mail.
