Its not pretty, it requires you spend a few bucks, but it seems to work.
I did some searching on a WiFi USB adapter for the iMac, and found the Zonet ZEW2500P.

I plugged it in, got the drivers from:

It installs just fine, you have to use their stupid Wireless Utility... BUT...
No more lockups in WoW or otherwise (So far, I will continue testing, and if it proves to somehow NOT fix the problem, I will report back).
No Ethernet Cable connected, WoW has lasted longer than I have ever had it last while on WiFi.
So yeah, its not pretty, it costs money, we shouldn't HAVE to do this, I know that, doesn't have to be said again.
But if you are waiting on Apple's fix and NEED WiFi, then this so far works.
