I am pretty sure this is a real phone-- it's a screen protector video, but appears to be the real thing!

Screen never turns on or anything. Looks like a mock unit they use to create the screen protectors. They use the mock for videos they can release to show customers how to install. Apple wouldn’t give them a live unit, especially before release.

Apple wouldn't certainly give them an iPhone, but some leakers obtain a demo iPhone or functional iPhone to show its real. Its usually this time of year when a short video shows demo loops or 'functional' iPhones running iOS 11. Rather if the iPhone is real and how they obtained the iPhone is questionable.
