Hello, need some quick advice. My brother was going through some boxes from an auction and found an iphone. The model is A1349. He gave it to me, but neither of us have any real use for it...droid users. The box has been in his garage for nearly 2 years, so if this was lost or stolen it was not recent. I have no charger and the thing is dead, but it looks to be in pristine condition. By looking up the model # it looks to be a CDMA phone. My question is if I bring this to Verizon, what are they going to do with it at this point?

Like the above poster stated, probably run its ESN/MEID to see if anyone reported it lost or stolen. If it isn't lost or stolen then they can activate it on their network, but if you are Android users there isn't a use for that.

I would go buy a charging cable and see if it turns on. You might be able to get more answers/info once the phone is on.
