Hey all.

So I eventually got beta 3 installed on my MBP w/tb. It, however, now has installed the beta as if a fresh OS install and created a new volume in doing so.

So, disk utility looks something like this:

Mac HD
Mac HD - Data
Mac HD - HD
Mac HD - Data - Data

Any idea why this has happened and is there anyway to recover my data from my “old” volume? (Only a couple of files and projects I’ve created before time machine kicked in).

I cannot boot from a disk by choice. It just boots from whatever it should do desire. Haha.

Any help or insight is appreciated,

Application Migration Wizard can get some of the data. Just used it. Very buggy. Ignore some of he error messages. Applications were not migrated. iCloud errors.

Thanks for the reply! It’s appreciated, do you have a link to the app? Away from my Mac at the moment so can’t test it.
