- China blocks Foxconn plan to reopen factories (google search)
Looks like supply chain 'might' be affected...
Foxconn isn't making the Mac Pro.
Where the factory is is more pertinent (how close to the major impact zone) than 'who' the company is.
There is a catch-22 with these factories with monstrously large "dormitories" attached to them. Packing large groups of people with a wide variety or areas into a common area and making them mainly live/work in a limited small area is a time bomb with this virus.
If had a smaller factory where workers can stay home farther away from the factory population when the are stick the "flash point" factor isn't quite as bad.

Time to reopen USA assembly Lines!!
(I know it takes a while though)
Huge chunks of the parts supply for the Mac Pro comes from China. It isn't top to bottom in the USA. If there are no GPU cards available, Apple isn't going to ship Mac Pro's from the USA either.
The USA probably has some parts coming in a supply pipeline that will take longer to drain and probably had some very modest inventory in case of long distance shipping delays ( a storm that might distrupt for a couple of days. ).
Apple supply chain is extremely brittle. Having a USA assembly plant (and more places in India ) is a step in the right direction, but Apple's chain is still highly subject to more than a few single points of failure.
[ And only greed , laziness , and inattention to detail as to why that is so. ]
