Foxconn & Apple

Can someone enlighten me here. ?

I thought Apple made thir own Hardware... But then you see when Foxconn has issues, it then affects Apples production...

Foxconn designs everything and Apple manufactures.

Apple designs the hardware and writes the software.

Foxconn is an assembly manufacturer who currently assembles a number of Apple devices. They are not the only assembly company Apple uses, but they are the biggest.
