Frames in iWeb?

I was trying to make a video web page that had a list of videos on the right in a frame, which would scroll, and the video on the left. I got that far, but I can't figure out how to make the links in the frame link to the top page. Right now, it links, but loads the new video inside the frame. Link for visual I did this using iWeb 2 with the html snippet function. I searched and saw someone suggested using css instead of iframes. Is that a better idea? or is there an easy way I can fix what I have? Thanks for the help.
P.S. I realize the fonts under the video are off. I'll work on that asap.

css is definitely a better way to do it.
