FREE APP Why IM+ Pro free in the App Store ?

https://itunes.apple.com/app/id296246130That is strange that IM+ Pro is free in the App Store, did not find any post about it on their Facebook account. Anyway if even this is a technical mistake or Giveaway, I already downloaded it for my iPad and sister's iPhone
It goes with skype and off-the-record feature
