Ever wanted some artwork and dont want to use a program which may produce small or bad quality pictures. well the tip is to get them off itunes. but u say u cant drag it well ill tell u how u sort it

1.find the album u want on itunes music store
2. press apple-shift-4 (this will bring up a little target mouse. click in one corner of the album artwork and drag to the other corner(what this does is take a picture of that part of the screen which is the album artwork in this case)
3. this has created a pdf file with the artwork on your desktop
4. drag it onto the artwork section on the song and your all done.

the album artwork is good quality and it is usually large enough unless someone likes the artwork very large

note: this is legal as long as you own the music (it is not my responsibilty if anyone breaks the law using this and is for your own information)

hmmmm your right there but its usually very good quality and works fine if you just have it on itunes and dont need to print it out
and also its free so another advantage

i just drag the image from amazon - not the thumbnail version, but the larger one you get when you click on the artwork from the product information page

I really wish Apple would build this feature into iTunes. How hard would it be for them make it where whenever you put a CD in it automatically downloads the album art from the music store, and if the album has the digital booklet thats also downloaded.

they do it on purpose - they want you to buy the songs form them to get the artwork.

when I first got my ipod I was on windows. It was before itunes came out for windows, so it came with musicmatch jokebox software instead. when I imported cds using musicmatch, it will include album art along with track names, album name, etc...so the functionality exists. the fact that itunes couldn't do that was the only major negative for me when I switched over to itunes.
