Free iPod Touch video converter

Does anyone know of a free iPod Touch video converter? At the moment I'm using Videora iPod Touch Converter but it's full of advertisements which is annoying >.>

itunes, put your video on itunes, click on it, click on advanced in the menu bar and click on create iphone/ipod version, although its not very good
