I just got a cheap midi-interface for my trusty SE/30 (running OS7.5) off eBay...

I'd like to do some old skool sequencing with that machine, but I still need a free software sequencer :) (I usually use my Akai MPC for that... hardware style ;) )

does anyone have experience with such kind of things and can recommend a certain piece of software?

thanks in advance

Free Sequencer Software

You might want to check out www.opcode.com

I think they're giving away Their Vision software for free now that the company no longer exists.

woohoo, thank you :)

the midi-interface I bought was actually made by that company, so everything should work out smoothly

anybody else? I'm especially interested in stoff that does not have to follow the typical linear sequencer rules... and, what else can I do with an SE/30 and midi?
